What ended the 1918 Spanish Flu?
I am wondering how we got past the Spanish Flu of 1918. There obviously wasn’t a vaccine so did it just run it’s course and disappear because enough people developed immunity?

There was no vaccination for the Spanish Flu and after 2 years or so of the virus existing, it infected a lot of people that resulted in fatality or people developed immunity.
